simplysolve (formerly Brakeable) is developing an AI-powered service platform that enables outdoor and premium brands to automate the processing of repair, warranty and spare parts enquiries. The solution facilitates immediate, transparent customer communication – from identifying the right spare part to proposing a specific repair option.
Thanks to an intelligent self-service interface, many enquiries are resolved at an early stage, which reduces the workload on service teams, lowers processing costs and promotes sustainable product use. The platform has been in use at brands such as Ortlieb, Penguin.Swiss and Vidar Sport since mid-2024 and integrates seamlessly with existing CRM and ERP systems.
simplysolve was founded by industry experts with many years of experience in innovation management, logistics and customer service. Together with its partners, the team works continuously to make service processes more efficient and to strengthen collaboration between manufacturers, retailers and customers.
Customers include Ortlieb, VIDAR Sport, penguin.swiss and SPORT 2000.
