s'Fachl is a rental shelf concept that aims to support regional small and micro producers and offer them a cost-effective retail space. At currently 34 locations, with 40 to 300 Fachl per location, in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, start-ups and small businesses can offer a wide range of products. 's Fachl München Schwabing is located at Hohenzollernstraße 93 in Munich. The assortment ranges from clothing to chocolate and fresh products. You can find more information at www.fachl.at/de-at.
Jérôme Hamacher, former head of DICA and ICA Food, explains:
"The qualitative environment and the personal character of 's Fachl enable the selected start-ups to conduct market tests and receive qualitative feedback from customers in a unique way. Customer insights and market tests are crucial success factors for food start-ups, which we are supporting with this cooperation."
The start-ups are selected in a two-stage process in which the participants in the start-up programs of DICA and ICA Food are selected in advance and then finally agreed with 's Fachl. The start-ups are presented in a recognizable way on the 's Fachl shelf with a special label.
