Silvernova has reached an important milestone: 15 months after its founding, the Munich-based legal tech startup’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) stands at 1 million euros. More than 400 law firms now rely on the AI Associate, which assists attorneys with case file analysis, research, and drafting legal briefs.
Felix Füssel, CMO of Silvernova, looks back on the early days: “I remember exactly how we fought for every single client in early 2025. We were nervous before every sales meeting. We visited most of our first clients in person—all across Germany. And today? New law firms are reaching out to us faster than we can schedule appointments. A new record every month. What a contrast.”
Silvernova’s AI Associate analyzes complex case files, researches case law, and drafts legal briefs—tasks that used to take hours now take only minutes. The team has consistently focused on one target audience: software for small and medium-sized law firms—the backbone of German legal services—built for German law.
