The platform uses “AI Workers” that handle operational tasks in air, sea, and land freight—from preparing quotes and making bookings to tracking shipments and reconciling invoices. The software records the decision-making logic behind each action, allowing teams to scale not only their capacity but also their knowledge.
“Freight forwarding is full of decisions that are still trapped in email inboxes, spreadsheets, and the minds of employees,” says Yagiz Abik, CEO of 5U AI.
“We’re building AI Workers that understand freight forwarding processes, carry out the work, and capture the decision-making logic behind it.”
