Since 1997, the Children’s Health Foundation has been committed to ensuring that children and adolescents grow up healthy. With the ChildHealth Foundry, it is expanding its efforts to include an innovation ecosystem that connects founders, experts, and investors dedicated to healthy childhood development.
The challenge is aimed specifically at startups and social entrepreneurs in the fields of MedTech, EdTech, HealthTech, and life sciences. Their solutions should focus on physical activity, nutrition, or mental health and demonstrate innovative approaches to care and prevention for children and adolescents. Ten founders or founding teams will be selected by an interdisciplinary jury in January 2027 and will then participate in a series of workshops.
Participants can expect:
- Networking with experts from medicine, science, and the investment sector
- Visibility through the ChildHealth Foundry’s channels
- The chance to win prize money for the winning team
- The opportunity to present their own solution at the grand closing summit in May 2027 in Munich
