TechDays Munich 2026 brings together researchers, industry representatives, startups, and technology experts to discuss current developments and future prospects in digital technologies. This year’s event will focus on digital sovereignty, cybersecurity, and agentic AI. Over the course of two days, keynotes, panels, workshops, demos, and networking sessions will provide opportunities for exchange and new ideas.
Visitors will find the SCE at its own booth throughout the event. There, selected startups from the SCE network will showcase their work and provide insights into their technologies, business models, and founding stories. At the same time, the booth offers a space for discussion, networking, and conversations about entrepreneurship, innovation, and the future of digital technologies.
In addition , the SCE is hosting the workshop “What Does It Take to Be Successful in AI?” The session explores the success factors for AI-driven innovations and is aimed at founders, companies, and anyone who wants to successfully put the potential of artificial intelligence into practice.
A special highlight is the participation of Prof. Dr. Klaus Sailer in the panel discussion “Sovereign Intelligence – Building AI in Europe” on July 16. Together with other experts, he will discuss how Europe can strengthen its innovative capacity in the field of artificial intelligence while simultaneously ensuring digital sovereignty.
Startups, in particular, play a crucial role in developing trustworthy and competitive AI solutions. Through its participation in TechDays Munich, the SCE aims to highlight this perspective and actively shape the dialogue between the startup ecosystem, academia, and industry.
We look forward to exciting discussions, fresh ideas, and seeing many familiar and new faces there.
