The Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection awards the State Medal to individuals and organizations that have rendered outstanding services to environmental and climate protection. ECOFARIO impressed the jury with its innovative technologies that combine ecological responsibility with industrial efficiency.
Founded in 2018, the start-up develops solutions for removing microplastics and other micropollutants from industrial wastewater - a key contribution to protecting water bodies and promoting sustainable production processes.
