Michael Hack kicked off the event by giving the students a comprehensive overview of entrepreneurship and the SCE’s wide-ranging activities. He outlined specific ways in which the SCE supports young people interested in starting a business, from the initial idea all the way to market readiness.
A real highlight was the startup pitch by our SCE alumnus Alexandros Chlupsa. He presented “RADIVIN®,” a dietary supplement that emerged from a personal struggle and now stands for highly effective control and self-determination. The story of Radivin shows how consulting can lead to real responsibility: After the strategic foundation was laid using the BRANDING CODE® model developed by his father, Prof. Dr. Chlupsa, Alexandros (himself a graduate of sports science at TUM) joined as an operational co-founder to drive the startup forward together with Christian Schacht. His pitch impressively demonstrated what happens when expertise, a shared mindset, and the courage to take responsibility come together.
In addition, Hakan Seyhan inspired the audience with his personal career path. He took the students on his exciting journey, which combined an apprenticeship at Linde, part-time studies at FOM, and successful participation in the SCE’s BIPA (BIP Accelerator) program. His story underscored how corporate experience and entrepreneurial thinking can be ideally integrated through the right programs. And in the end, it doesn’t matter whether someone starts a company or thinks and acts entrepreneurially in their profession. What matters is a positive mindset and the right network.
We’d like to thank Prof. Dr. Christian Chlupsa and all the students for the lively discussion, and we look forward to perhaps welcoming the next big startup project from this group here at SCE very soon!
