Start-ups go through a structured consultation process at the SCE. After getting to know each other during our networking events or a spontaneous request for our open consultation hours, suggestions for the idea and the next steps are given in a personal initial consultation. The start-up support team provides expert assistance to interested founders and responds to their individual wishes and needs. In addition, we inform prospective founders about further opportunities such as our own and public funding programs at HM/SCE and develop an application for admission to the HM/SCE Start-up League funding programs in follow-up appointments.
A sustainable network consisting of experts and start-up alumni is an important prerequisite for the successful work of a start-up center and we are happy to open up our network to suitable contacts for the further development of the project. Start-up founders who are in the process of building up their team or would like to become part of an existing start-up can also make use of our job exchange. The success of the start-up project essentially depends on the team as well as the idea itself.
