Attention creative startups: Applications are now open for Batch #7 of the Wavelab Incubator!

The Wavelab Incubator at the University of Music and Performing Arts supports startups at the intersection of music, the arts, and media. Similar to our SCE Incubation program, each participating team receives tailored support that is customized to its specific needs and challenges. Through targeted mentoring, a strong network, and engagement with the cultural and tech communities, as wellaspotentialinvestors and future customers, Wavelab supports the teams in successfully developing their ideas.

The application portal for a spot in Batch #7 of the Wavelab Incubator is now open!

Starting this year, the Incubator is officially recognized as a certificate program.

Here are the requirements to apply for a spot:

  • You must be a team of at least two people. We’re especially excited to welcome diverse teams of founders.
  • Your idea has a clear connection to music, the arts, or media and utilizes new technologies (AI, ML, VR, AR, XR, data science, etc.).
  • You have clearly identified the problems and needs of your target audiences, are in the final stages of developing a working prototype, and have a clear vision for your MVP.
  • Your business idea is innovative, financially sustainable, and potentially scalable.
  • You’re ready to focus primarily on your startup during your time at Wavelab.
  • Your startup is based in Europe.
