The Master's program is a cooperation between Munich University of Applied Sciences (HM), International Burch University (IBU) and Guglielmo Marconi University(GMU) and was initiated by the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) and the Social Entrepreneurship Academy (SEA) . The program combines systemic thinking, entrepreneurship and transformation skills in an interdisciplinary, practice-oriented learning format. Participants work on real challenges from their professional context and develop solutions that can have an immediate impact. The focus is on sustainable transformation, innovation and the development of new business models in complex systems.
The extra-occupational format is aimed specifically at specialists and managers who want to shape change processes, drive innovation or develop new entrepreneurial initiatives. Project-based learning, coaching and exchange with an interdisciplinary network produce concrete results and new perspectives for your own career.
Application start: May 2
The application phase for the next cohort starts on May 2 and ends on June 15, 2026. Interested parties can apply for the Master's from this date and become part of a new generation of transformation designers.
