From Startup Weekend to AI impulse generator
A special highlight of the evening was the keynote speech by Mircea Popa, CEO of JobNinja GmbH. In his presentation "AI in recruiting - where is the journey going?", he gave exciting insights into the development of AI-based matching technologies and showed how intelligent algorithms are changing the recruiting market in the long term.
Particularly impressive: the story of JobNinja began back in 2015 at Startup Weekend Munich and was subsequently developed further in the environment of the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE). Today, the company is one of the innovative technology providers in the recruiting sector and exemplifies the development of successful start-ups within the SCE ecosystem.
New impetus from the community
In addition to the keynote speech, Michael Schwienbacher and Josa Gräber from sym GmbH gave exciting insights into the "beyond economy movement" and shared current developments and perspectives on sustainable business and new forms of collaboration.
Our start-ups also once again contributed strong ideas to the community: In compact short pitches, top.legal, Playfolio and arkie.baby presented their ideas and current developments.
Exchange, networking and new perspectives
The subsequent networking event with food and drinks focused primarily on personal exchange. In an open and relaxed atmosphere, new conversations, ideas and connections were made between founders, companies and innovators from the SCE network.
The event once again showed how valuable the exchange within the SCE Friends & Fellows Community is: Innovation happens where people, perspectives and experiences come together.
