What does this mean for FTAPI?
The investment will be used to expand the product portfolio (including secure data transmission and workflow automation) and to make strategic acquisitions. FTAPI will thus consolidate its position in the DACH region and take the step into other European markets.
More than 2,000 customers - from banks and public authorities to healthcare facilities - already rely on FTAPI's platform.
The generational change in management is also a special step:
- Founder and long-standing CEO Daniel Niesler is stepping down from operational management, but will remain on board as an important shareholder and member of the advisory board.
- The previous investor Yttrium is selling its entire stake - the management would like to thank him for his support along the way.
