Munich Climate Week sees itself as an open platform for citizens, start-ups, companies, investors, politics, science, art and young talents. In workshops, talks, cultural formats and practical activities, new perspectives and concrete approaches are created to implement climate protection together. The aim is to network existing initiatives, provide new impetus and make climate action in Munich visible, accessible and feasible.
At the SCE, we are convinced that overcoming the climate challenges requires entrepreneurial thinking, interdisciplinary cooperation and the courage to implement. Initiatives such as Munich Climate Week create exactly the space that is needed for this: they connect different players, perspectives and skills - and thus accelerate the path from ideas to effective solutions.
At the same time, Munich Climate Week emphasizes that climate protection is not a niche topic, but is closely linked to economic development, social resilience and quality of life. With over 100 decentralized events throughout the city, a community-driven program is being created that strengthens new networks and makes commitment visible.
We are delighted to be part of this initiative and to be working with many partners to further develop Munich as a hub for climate innovation and collective action.
