The full-day workshop in the SCE Creative Hall focuses on the question of how scattered data sources can be brought together and translated into meaningful decision-making bases. Participants will learn how to combine data from different systems, define relevant KPIs and create interactive dashboards. The aim is to make data-based decisions more efficient and enable self-service BI in the team.
The workshop will also provide insights into the integrated AI functions of Zoho Analytics. Features such as "Ask Zia", automated insights and predictive analytics show how classic reports can be developed into predictive analyses. In addition to practical application, the focus will also be on an overview of current developments in the analytics market - in particular the shift towards AI-driven business intelligence.
The workshop is aimed in particular at start-up teams who want to better understand customer data and make operational decisions based on data. Students who want to expand their analytical skills and strengthen their competence profile in the field of business intelligence will also benefit. Participation is free of charge for start-ups and currently enrolled students. After successful participation, participants will receive an official certificate and a digital badge.
