Extended Reality (XR) is an umbrella term that encompasses Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and future immersive technologies. Because of its cross-industry applications, XR has great potential to add value to both industry and education. The XR Experience Day is an open event that offers visitor:s the chance to experience cutting-edge XR applications for themselves, exchange ideas with experts, and get inspired by the future of the Internet. Whether you're a technology enthusiast or just in the mood for something new, come by the Red Cube and Foyer of HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences at Lothstraße 64 on Thursday the 11th from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. to attend exciting talks and workshops on various application areas of XR. Have you ever worn VR or AR glasses and experienced a virtual world in 3D? Are you curious about the possibilities VR and AR offer for industry, but also for research, creativity, start-ups, development and teaching? In our exhibition, a wide range of applications will be tried out and immersion can be experienced. You will also have the opportunity to participate in exciting lectures and workshops.
