"Zamm" means together in Bavarian. At zamm, exciting people from Munich University of Applied Sciences are invited and listeners are given insights into the diverse, exciting and lively transfer culture at Munich University of Applied Sciences. They tell us their stories, which are primarily about passion, inquisitiveness, learning, exchange, but above all about working together - and how innovations or new things have emerged from joint thinking, creating and acting, which have a very positive effect today or in the future.

The podcast is hosted by Franziska Mattner, Co-Creation Manager at HM:UniverCity, the innovation network of Munich University of Applied Sciences. As the first innovation network at Munich University of Applied Sciences, they are breaking new ground, bringing together partners: inside science, business, politics/administration, and civil society, and developing co-creative formats for knowledge transfer.

In the first episode of zamm, designers Professor Sarah Dorkenwald and Katrin Laville from the Faculty of Design talk about the exciting topic of "Social Design" and their vision for it.

What does the idea stand for? How does social design work? And how can it help us develop solutions for a more sustainable future?
