CoCreate2Innovate: Successful kick-off in Pisa

Go back

The official kickoff on February 12 and 13 in Pisa marked the start of the EIT Urban Mobility-funded CoCreate2Innovate project. As project leader, the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) is coordinating the initiative, which aims to develop a co-creation ecosystem for start-ups, incubators and industry throughout Europe.

The SCE develops and conducts customized co-creation trainings as part of the project. These are aimed at startups to sharpen their innovation strategies, incubators to optimize their support programs, and innovation managers from companies and the public sector who want to integrate agile innovation processes into their organizations. The trainings will take place in the three innovation ecosystems involved - Munich, Varna and Pisa. The aim is to promote practical innovation solutions and intensify cross-border cooperation.

Pavlina Vujović, Head of Internationalization at SCE, emphasizes:

"In addition to financial investments, it is essential to raise awareness of the importance of pre-seed support structures. Start-ups must cooperate with potential customers at an early stage in order to develop sustainable innovations",

At the kick-off in Pisa, the project partners took the opportunity to network with innovative start-ups such as Relief srl, SoundSafe Care srl, ABZero srl and Weabios srl. Key players such as the Polo Tecnologico, the Normal School of Pisa and the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies contributed their expertise to further strengthen knowledge transfer and collaboration.

The SCE is looking forward to the further course of the project and the results of the individual training sessions.
