We warmly congratulate our alumni startup Geniefy on receiving the exist startup grant!

Geniefy develops an AI operations layer for property management companies. The solution builds on existing management systems and automates communication via phone, WhatsApp, and, in the future, other channels. Geniefy supports complete workflows, from logging a request to coordinating with service providers to documenting the process in the system. This enables property management companies to grow faster, while all parties involved can continue to communicate through their usual channels. At the same time, the team is working on EU data residency requirements and conducting its own AI research to ensure that AI can be used safely and reliably in property management.

With the help of exist, the team is now receiving crucial support to further develop its innovative technology and accelerate its market entry. The team currently consists of Niket Lakhani and Nick Sharma, supported by Sebastian Dünnebeil, professor of digital business models and entrepreneurship at Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Buildings today are still silent. They don’t know that the heating has failed or that a tenant has been waiting for a response for days. With Geniefy, we’re building the layer that enables smarter property management: Geniefy recognizes context, coordinates processes, and makes everyday life easier for everyone involved. The exist startup grant is bringing us closer to this vision at full speed.
