To our great pleasure, Munich University of Applied Sciences (HM) and its start-up center, the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), have been selected by the Ministry as one of the EXIST Women funded institutions and can select 8 prospective female founders for the 12-month funding phase in 2025. The participants can look forward to a wide range of support - participation in the SCE Incubation Program with advice, coaching, mentoring, infrastructure access such as workstations, workshops and many other exchange formats for female founders. In addition, there is an SCE material budget (max. 2,000€ per startup) and the budget provided by the Ministry for EXIST-Women (2,000€ per female founder) + an optional grant of max. 3 months (varies depending on graduation from 1,000 - 3,000€/month per founder) to secure living expenses.
Not convinced yet? By participating in the program, female founders learn what is important when starting a business and can expand their skills and network thanks to the exchange with experienced coaches and founders. They receive the means to further develop their start-up idea and, depending on the phase, have proven their problem-solution fit or product-market fit. The next steps for their own start-up are planned and perhaps co-founders have already been found or follow-up financing has been raised.
