With this program, the European Union is specifically supporting women who are building early-stage deep tech companies. In addition to an equity-free grant of €75,000, the winners receive access to a tailored mentoring and coaching program with experts from business, science and industry.
NOXON is developing intelligent clothing that measures and analyzes muscle movements - and can even influence them in a targeted manner. Printed biosensors continuously record muscle activity, enabling digital muscle control and diagnostics - without any wiring or invasive technology. The start-up combines wearable tech, biomechanics and health innovation in a disruptive textile format.
As a spin-off from Munich University of Applied Sciences, NOXON pursues the vision of rethinking movement and health:
"Moving what matters. Starting with your muscles."
We congratulate Maria and the entire NOXON team on this milestone - and are delighted to see another SCE-funded startup shine on the European deep tech stage.
