Theather Play "HAPPY BREAK(down)THROUGH!" by and with Michael Ludwig Seyfried3. www.happybreakthrough.com
followed by talk about "Mental health in Start-up World" and Get toghter. Event language: German.
The madness is taking hold: we are getting more and more bogged down in fake news, panic reports, permanent crisis, frazzled communication at work, in the family, in social media. Time gallops, brain chemistry goes haywire, the only salvation: a healing breakdown! Are you ready for a creative rebirth? In a black-humored comedy tightrope act, actor-author and coach Michael Ludwig Seyfried slips into his hero, the stressed-out family man Simon who wants to please everyone - and into about 30 other roles in brilliant comedic changes on this rapid journey into decline, the dissolution of his existence and finally into a powerful new beginning.
The special thing about this cabaret-like par force ride is that we as the audience do not remain merely amused observers: we are involved in a playful process of vision and development, which continues after this entertaining evening of experience in a co-creation program that starts on this evening, but continues on request in various seminars and planned art actions.
The borderline between creative personality seminar and dramatic comedy is a trademark of the exceptional artist Seyfried: after many years as head writer for various television series for ARD and ZDF, actor at the Munich Kammerspiele, the Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin many other stages, assignments in front of and behind the camera, he is also active for 20 years as a personality and communication trainer in business. In 2019, he discovered yet another medium as a playground: Otherworlds in virtual reality, which will also be entered interactively on this evening. Seyfried is also chairman of the Federal Association for Burnout Prevention - and not without a biographical reason: the madness in the media business also brought him to the brink of burnout, from which he emerged like Phoenix from the ashes into a new sense of purpose in his work. In this respect, the hero of the evening, SIMON naturally also bears some clear autobiographical traits of its creator and performer. Get on board this psychological-multimedia roller coaster ride through the confusion of everyday life into forbidden dreams of a better existence. All info at www.happybreakthrough.com
