The Social-X-Factor is a high-intensity block seminar week and a Real Project at Munich University of Applied Sciences. The goal of the format is to develop innovative, holistic and sustainable social business ideas and prototypes on changing topics. Students from various courses of study, ranging from Management of Social Innovation to Business Administration and Technology to Design and IT, are involved. In the summer semester of 2022, the theme was SUSTAINABLE YOU.
The Social-X-Factor is a team competition. A total of 20-25 interdisciplinary teams compete with their developed business ideas and prototypes. The teams are supervised by mentors from the participating faculties and the SCE. After a week of highly intensive team work, the founding teams pitch their concepts and present their prototypes. The winners will be chosen and awarded by the audience.
