The LIMATA team started with the focused exposure of PCB substrates by high power UV LED light sources. This process, for which a patent application has already been filed, can be used in combination with a plotter as a network-capable PCB printer in laboratories and development facilities or in the PCB manufacturing industry and, thanks to the direct exposure method, works without cumbersome mask creation. The customer saves energy - material and employee costs. The UV LED plotter is much cheaper than laser lithography. Medium-sized companies can now use the LIMATA LED Plotter to carry out their prototyping themselves cost-effectively, quickly and easily without the need for specialist staff.

Currently, they offer Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) system solutions for various PCB manufacturing environments and related markets. Their product portfolio ranges from LDI system configurations for high-mix and emerging PCB niche applications to fully automated LDI system solutions for mass production.
