Material flow management for paper production includes an overall view of the paper production process. The processes involved in raw material, water and energy utilization, as well as air technology, are also taken into account, as well as production as such and process planning. In the sense of the future project "Industry 4.0", future operating conditions are simulated and optimization potential is identified.
