DICA event series "Data to Value"

The digital transformation poses major challenges for companies in the agricultural and food sector - but also offers enormous opportunities. How can data be used strategically to drive innovation and enable sustainable value creation? This is exactly what our exclusive webinar series "Data to Value - Innovation meets Tradition", organized by the SCE's Dynamic Innovation Campus (DICA), sheds light on.

Together with AFC Management Consulting the SCE is offering three topic-specific webinar sessions. Representatives from start-ups and corporate companies will discuss how their own data can be used strategically to develop new business models and optimize existing processes.
 

The first seminar on "Food" on May 16, 2025 will focus on the following topics

  1. Smart Food Analytics - How companies use data to identify trends and develop products in a targeted manner
  2. Supply chain optimization with data - reducing food waste and increasing efficiency
  3. Personalized nutrition with AI - data-based nutritional advice and individualized food
  4. Predictive Food Safety - How real-time data is revolutionizing food safety

The seminar on September 26 on "AgTech" or agriculture deals with

  1. Intelligent feeding through data platform - How farmers use data for more efficient production
  2. Resource-saving use of resources through AI - predictions for optimal cultivation and input times and quantities
  3. Sustainability through data-driven agriculture - reducing the use of water and pesticides
  4. Automated agriculture - drones, robots & IoT as data pickers in the agricultural sector

 

And the seminar on beverages "Beverage" on November 14 will focus on

  1. Taste & AI - How data helps to develop new beverages according to consumer preferences
  2. Optimized production processes - saving energy and increasing efficiency through IoT and predictive maintenance
  3. Customer data & personalization - Smart CRM strategies and data-based marketing campaigns
