Attendees will not only be able to watch the finalists’ pitches but also vote for the Audience Choice Award. With prize money totaling 30,000 euros, the Strascheg Award is one of Germany’s largest idea competitions. It honors innovative projects by students, faculty, staff, alumni, and—for the first time—external teams. The prizes are awarded in three categories: ideas developed during one’s studies, ideas from research and professional practice, and business ideas with initial market validation. Each category is endowed with 10,000 euros, which is divided among the first- through third-place teams (5,000 €/3,000 €/2,000 €). All participants will also benefit from expert feedback and the chance to secure a spot in the SCE Incubation program, which includes coaching, a prototyping budget, and exclusive workshops.
