With prize money totaling 30,000 euros, the Strascheg Ideas Award is one of Germany’s largest ideas competitions. It recognizes innovative projects by students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external teams. Prizes are awarded in three categories: ideas developed during studies, from research and professional practice, and business ideas with initial market validation. Each category is endowed with 10,000 euros, which is divided among the first- through third-place teams (5,000 €/3,000 €/2,000 €). All participants also benefit from expert feedback and the chance to secure a spot in the SCE Incubation program, which includes coaching, a prototyping budget, and exclusive workshops.
