DIGITAL FAIR MATCHING The digital fair matching of the herCAREER-Expo makes it possible to navigate visitors specifically to suitable offers and exhibitors. With the help of algorithms, visitors receive personalized matches to lectures and MeetUps as well as for a personal exchange with booth staff and speakers. TIP: Visitors benefit from the best possible matching starting 2 weeks before the event begins. The earlier visitors register, the more matching rounds they will benefit from.
BY SCANNING A QR CODE INTO THE TALENT POOL OF EMPLOYERS Visitors also have the option of submitting their CV to the exhibitor of their choice directly at the trade fair stand by scanning a QR code on their visitor badge and thus being included in the talent pool. When purchasing tickets (from August), the CV can be uploaded and, when scanned at the trade fair stand, a digital application can be handed over to the relevant exhibitors straight away.
