EU-XCEL was a virtual accelerator program which operated until 2017. EU-XCEL seeked out talented, young aspiring entrepreneurs in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) to build and support pan-European start-up teams to become incubator-ready. The program specifically focused on ICT trends.
The SCE together with Munich University of Applied Sciences were the German partner of EU-XCEL. The consortium network is formed together with other leading European institutions: University College Cork, Technical University of Denmark, Athens University of Economics and Business. Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena and Poznan Science & Technology Park and is still working together in European projects and networks.
