We dive into the world of artificial intelligence and discover how it can support personalized nutrition. We also take a look at the crucial role that the transformation of our nutrition and food production plays, especially with regard to the trend of microbial fementation/biofermentation.

We explore the "Future of Food" force field in the Bavarian capital and network with innovative start-ups and discuss the topic of personalized nutrition in keynotes, pitches and panel discussions. Together, we will explore how artificial intelligence can drive personalized nutrition forward. We will also discuss the opportunities offered by microbial fermentation technology with regard to personalized nutrition.
