About

Welcome to the "Co-Creation Lab for Dynamic Innovation"!

Our training program offers your company and especially your employees a unique opportunity to develop innovative solutions for very real challenges within the company. At the same time, your employees are taught new perspectives, innovation approaches and an entrepreneurial mindset. Our focus is on promoting intrapreneurship through co-creation, whereby your employees work together with committed and experienced students from our established Academic Program for Entrepreneurship (APE) to develop sustainable solutions and business models for your burning innovation issues and benefit from working with experienced professors, coaches, experts and highly motivated students.

Procedure

One round of the "Co-Creation Lab for Dynamic Innovation" will begin in mid-March 2024 and run for around four months. The process is designed to create an intensive and practice-oriented learning environment. Companies have the opportunity to bring in real topics from their own company, which are then worked on by their employees in teams in collaboration with student team members. By working on the problems together, a dynamic exchange of innovative ideas and solutions takes place. "Out-of-the-box" in real application. Through the guidance and support of experienced innovation professors, coaches and experts, as well as the application of proven and the latest innovation methods such as design thinking, system thinking and business modeling, participants acquire an innovative skillset and a future-proof toolbox. Through concrete work on a selected challenge as well as workshops and practical application examples, we not only promote the exchange of knowledge, but also the development of concrete, holistic solutions for the company's own challenges. Participants apply the latest, holistic innovation methods such as the "Dynamic Innovation Approach", "Moonshot Workshops" or "Systemic Thinking" and learn to apply these not only theoretically, but also directly in practice and in their own company environment.

The program begins with a two-day kick-off workshop on 15 and 16 March 2024, in which basic approaches and innovation tools are taught and innovation teams are formed. This will be followed by weekly workshop dates (from 25.03.24) on Mondays from 6.30 pm in person, where participants will actively work on their projects with the support of experienced coaches. Three additional consolidation workshops on Saturdays and three additional themed workshops (each Wednesday evening from 6:30 pm) on the topics of "Intrapreneurship", "Dynamic Innovation" and "Communication" round off the program. (Dates will be published soon.)

Added value for companies

As a company, you benefit twice: we offer you a scientifically proven, project-based program that provides your employees with future-oriented perspectives on innovation and promotes their entrepreneurial mindset. At the same time, we enable your company to develop and implement sustainable solutions and business models together with external, innovation-experienced students and thus make your company more future-proof. The transdisciplinary composition of the teams and the support of experienced professors, coaches and experts guarantee not only qualified further training based on current, holistic findings, but also the ability of your company to shape its corporate culture more innovatively.

Added value for the participants

As a participant in the "Co-Creation Lab for Dynamic Innovation", you will experience a unique learning journey that combines theory and practice. By actively participating in the development of real company projects, supported by highly motivated and trained APE participants, you will deepen your intrapreneurship and innovation skills, learn about future-oriented innovation approaches and develop personal leadership skills. You will receive input from experienced professors, coaches and experts, learn to think more innovatively and apply this in your company. Of course, you can also expand your network and make valuable contacts for your professional future.
