SCE Alumni Startup BRAKEABLE and outdoor outfitter ORTLIEB enter into a symbiotic partnership. With its AI-supported platform, BRAKEABLE helps to optimally use customer feedback for repairs and process optimization. Suppliers can identify common defects more easily and customers receive helpful repair tips or cost estimates - a win-win situation.

After receiving the AI+Munich and EXIST Women funding, BRAKEABLE secured the coveted EXIST funding from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection at the beginning of July. 

The Munich-based start-up BRAKEABLE has launched a platform that allows buyers to give manufacturers direct feedback on why they need to phase out certain products, enabling companies to make their products more durable without relying on inaccurate, traditional star ratings and making buyers part of the product development process.
