Im Rahmen des „Gründungswettbewerb – Digitale Innovationen“ sucht das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) noch bis 31. Mai 2021 die besten Gründungsideen in den Bereichen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie. Die eingereichten Ideen werden mit bis zu 32.000 Euro Preisgeld prämiert. Mit zusätzlichen 10.000 Euro ist ein Sonderpreis für Ideen für „Digitale Städte und Regionen“ dotiert.

Ajuma hat in der am 03.05.2021 ausgestrahlten Show „Die Höhle der Löwen“, ihren UV-Bodyguard vorgestellt. Der UV-Bodyguard ist ein smarter kleiner UV-Messassistent, der zusammen mit dem Smartphone dem Nutzer dabei hilft, die gesunde Sonnendosis für sich und seine Kinder zu ermitteln und so Sonnenbrand zu vermeiden. Damit konnten sie den Investor Carsten Maschmeyer, und Orthomol-Inhaber Nils Glagau überzeugen, die gemeinsam 110.000 Euro, im Gegenzug für ein Viertel der Start-up-Anteile, investieren wollen. Der Deal wurde angenommen.

In March 2021 the first two graduates from the master’s programme "Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation" completed their studies. Within the standard study period of 3 semesters, Simon Göhler took courses on Entrepreneurship and Digital Technologies as well as Digital Business Models. He also worked in a team of five fellow students on a challenge with an industry partner. This project work, which is the core of the master's degree, takes place over two semesters. In this interview with his programme manager Simon reviewed the past semesters and looked a little ahead into his future.
