Following the philosophy of “teaching through entrepreneurship”, entreTime, an EU funded initiative of which the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship is proud to be a partner, developed a train-the-trainer program based on the EntreComp framework. The programme is an excellent learning experience triggering entrepreneurial spirit and societal responsibility among the participating educators and their enterprising students. EXIST - I'm sure many in the start-up scene have already heard of it. But what are the experiences of female founders with this funding? To find out - for the first time in collaboration with the FOUNDress Podcast of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, for which Prof. Dr. Karina Sopp interviews female founders on a monthly basis - we have invited two exciting EXIST scholarship holders to report from their perspective. European private equity investor Nordic Capital disclosed an investment in Proglove, becoming majority owner. The amount of the exit is unknown, however, according to media reports, the valuation of ProGlove is now around 500 million euros.
